Subscription policy

Cancel future renewals.
Keep the period you paid for.

Spire Scout subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and does not remove access you have already paid for.

How cancellation works

A clear end date
without another renewal.

A cancellation request takes effect for renewal purposes as soon as it is received; a confirmation records the request and service end date. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period already paid for, unless access must be restricted for misuse or another lawful reason.

  • Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next monthly charge. Use the Stripe Customer Portal, or email spirescout@gmail.com from your purchase email address.
  • Continue receiving the included service until the current paid period ends.
  • No prorated refund or credit is issued for an unused part of that month.
  • Keep your cancellation confirmation for your records.
  • Any separate statutory refund or cancellation right that applies by law is not excluded.

Refunds and billing errors

The no-partial-month-refund rule applies to ordinary cancellation. It does not exclude refunds required by law, duplicate or incorrect charges, or a remedy due for a service failure. Contact us promptly so we can investigate. Any refund agreed or required will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

PLAN CHANGES

Upgrades and downgrades use different timing.

An upgrade takes effect immediately and the prorated difference is charged for the remaining billing period. A downgrade takes effect from the next renewal date. Spire Scout is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added to subscription prices.
